Return Eligibility
- **Return Window:** Items can be returned within 14 days from the date your order was delivered or picked up in-store.
- **Condition:** Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a return. This means they must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
- **Final Sale Items:** Please note that all discounted or sale items, bodysuits, and special occasion wear are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process
- Request a Return: Email us at contact@divnty.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items you are returning in an appropriate shipping box or envelope. Include the original invoice in the package.
- Ship the Return: You are responsible for shipping the return items back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for packages lost in transit. Please send returns to:

Refunds and Store Credit
- **Store Credit Only:** We offer store credit for returns. Refunds to the original method of payment are not available.
- **Processing Time:** Returns will be processed within 2-5 business days from the date we receive your returned items. Once processed, you will receive an email notification with details of your store credit.
Additional Information
- **Shipping Charges:** Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- **Incorrect Address:** Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address or for any additional shipping fees incurred due to an incorrect address.
- **Damaged or Defective Items:** If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@divnty.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
International Returns
- **Customs and Duties:** We are not responsible for country-specific customs charges, taxes, or duties. If you refuse customs on a package, any customs and shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
